Deadline: Please submit this form at least two weeks before your requested meeting date. During busy times, it takes 2-3 weeks to be confirmed for time on the agenda.
Only UHCL Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), students, faculty, staff and campus departments may request to speak at SG meetings. Community member requests must be sponsored/submitted by a campus representative. Speakers can announce events, programs, volunteer opportunities, workshops, services, news and updates. You will be notified via email with your confirmed date and time. Speaker announcements will be screened to ensure content is appropriate and a benefit to students.
